Reach out via via the website, email, or call with your event date, location, type of event (meeting, gala, etc.), and, if you have it, the budget for entertainment.

Within 24 hours you’ll receive a response with Michael’s availability, performance options, rate, and answers to the most important questions about your event. If we need additional information, we’ll ask up front so there are no surprises later.

Everything you need is provided with the booking confirmation, so your event team and venue will have the documentation they need to move forward with confidence.

Once the details are confirmed, we’ll send you a performance agreement with all details in writing, a tech rider, a W-9, our insurance documents, and an invoice. We require a 50% deposit along with the signed agreement within 30 days of booking to secure your date.

Leading up to the event, Michael and his team work directly with you or your event planner to make sure everything is coordinated before show day.

We encourage you to share as much information as possible about your audience, event, schedule, theme, and goals so Michael can tailor the performance and make sure it fits seamlessly within the event.

Michael’s team books his own travel arrangements, including flights and in most cases car transportation.

Clients are asked to arrange the hotel for two nights total – the night before and the night of the performance.

To make it easier for you, Michael’s team can arrange a flat-fee buyout and take care of all the travel arrangements directly.

Michael’s show is designed to be (almost) self-contained and simple for venues and planners. Michael arrives with his own music and microphones, so all he needs is access to speakers and a stage or place to perform.

For the speakers, we strongly recommend a pair of external speakers with an XLR input, but we can adapt to any wired input option (not Bluetooth).

For the stage, we also strongly recommend a raised platform when available. Do not use stairs with a handrail.

A detailed technical rider is provided with every booking so your team or venue has everything they need in advance. No surprises on event day.

Michael arrives early in the day, usually around 1:00–1:30 for evening performances, to set up. This time is arranged in advance to work with the team and venue’s availability. The event team personnel do not need to be present for setup.

Michael returns to the venue before the guests arrive and stays long past the standing ovation to socialize, engage, and continue to entertain.
